How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Please email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Custom items are made to your specifications, so we cannot accept returns for custom ordered items. (This includes custom changes to a pre-designed item.) Please be as SPECIFIC as possible when placing a custom order so we can do our best to create the piece you have in mind. If your piece is not what you expected, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss why.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your piece needs a repair due to either workmanship or faulty materials, we will cover your shipping costs and *repair* your item at no cost.
